BingoFit operates the website located at https://bingofit.fitness and the BingoFit mobile app.
What BingoFit Collects
BingoFit collects the account and profile information needed to operate the app, including your email address, username, avatar, friends, challenges, game progress, badges, boosters, and notification preferences.
We may also collect technical information needed to maintain app reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app experience.
Fitness and Health Data
If you choose to connect Apple Health, Health Connect, or Fitbit, BingoFit reads fitness data that supports your game stats. This may include steps, distance, floors climbed, heart rate readings, and derived active zone minutes.
BingoFit uses this data only to update your stats, challenges, boards, badges, and related fitness progress in the app.
BingoFit does not sell your personal data or health data.
Health Connect Permissions
On Android, BingoFit may request read access to Health Connect data, including:
- Steps
- Distance
- Floors climbed
- Heart rate
BingoFit does not request Health Connect write access.
Health Connect permissions are optional. You can revoke Health Connect permissions at any time from Android settings, the Health Connect app, or the device connection area in BingoFit where available.
BingoFit only uses Health Connect data for the app features described in this Privacy Policy. We do not use Health Connect data for advertising, selling data, or unrelated purposes.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Who we share your data with
BingoFit does not sell your personal or health data.
Your profile, game progress, fitness-based game stats, and challenge information may be visible to friends or challenge participants as part of the app experience.
BingoFit may use service providers, such as authentication, database, storage, notification, analytics, and hosting providers, to help operate the app and website. These providers process data only as needed to provide services to BingoFit.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to maintain the safety and security of BingoFit and its users.
Storage and Security
BingoFit stores app data using managed cloud services and may store limited cached fitness data on your device so the app can display recent stats.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for the size and nature of the app, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
What rights you have over your data
You can disconnect fitness services from the device connection screen in BingoFit where available.
You can also revoke access directly through the connected service:
- Health Connect: Android settings or the Health Connect app
- Apple Health: iOS Health settings
- Fitbit: Fitbit account settings
You can sign out of BingoFit at any time.
